This figure has paint chipping at the joints by default.
Nanmu Studio has provided an explanation regarding paint chipping at the joints:
"The joints are made of POM material, which doesn't hold paint well due to flexibility needed for rotation. The design prioritizes durability. Paint chipping at joints is considered normal and not covered by after-sales service."
PS: The paint chipping only occurs at the joints; there is no paint chipping on the figures' body. The main body parts are mainly made of PVC, with only the joints made of POM material.

This is the best V rex figure out there!!! From the detail to the articulation you cannot find anywhere else that can do the same for the price Nanmu is asking. Is this figure perfect? No it has issues some are that the legs are a bit loose and the Jaw is slightly crooked. Now you may be wondering why I am still giving it 5 stars. Its because of the meaning and gratitude I have towards this product. I have tried getting the ArticFigures v rex which as some may know it never got delivered due to the unfortunate situation that happened with them as a whole. This nanmu one makes everything better as since I got it I cannot take my hands off it as I always fiddle with it and am handling it. This says a lot as I got the new nanmu raptors too, but I'm still picking up and messing with the v rex. This is the best one you can get and find i highly recommend it especially if you're a fan of King Kong 2005. It is crazy to think I was going to skip out on this one since when they announced it I wasn't not really interested as the Artic situation rubbed me the wrong way. I'm glad I did not and I just recently ordered the other variation as I got the movie accurate one only. I'm looking forward to the other one!!! If you can look past the flaws or are looking for a poseable V rex this is an instant purchase!!!
