This figure has paint chipping at the joints by default.
Nanmu Studio has provided an explanation regarding paint chipping at the joints:
"The joints are made of POM material, which doesn't hold paint well due to flexibility needed for rotation. The design prioritizes durability. Paint chipping at joints is considered normal and not covered by after-sales service."
PS: The paint chipping only occurs at the joints; there is no paint chipping on the figures' body. The main body parts are mainly made of PVC, with only the joints made of POM material.

Fantastic sculpt and paint job ! I only wish there were further articulation of the neck. Additionally , my figure had quite loose joints.

I bought both of the V-rexes, and in my opinion they're both well worth it. My only gripe is I was hoping for more range in the neck joint, specifically the joint between the neck and body. It seems there is very little range in it at all and I would have loved to see more up and down range there. Compared to the raptors and the carnotaurus, it seems like a samll step backwards. Tiny gripe otherwise the sculpt and paint work is great and on point. These are by far the best V-rexes you can get.
nanmu has outdone itself here, this figure is highly detailed with a lot of love for the design. What is to be criticized, however, is that the figure is unfortunately wearing out in some of the articulating parts. The figure's mobility is OK, but not as good as the Ranger and bloodknight/whitequeen. Nevertheless, this figure is a real eye-catcher and a must for 2004 KingKong fans.
