Nanmu Studio has provided an explanation regarding paint chipping at the joints:
"The joints are made of POM material, which doesn't hold paint well due to flexibility needed for rotation. The design prioritizes durability. Paint chipping at joints is considered normal and not covered by after-sales service."
PS: The paint chipping only occurs at the joints; there is no paint chipping on the figures' body. The main body parts are mainly made of PVC, with only the joints made of POM material.

The paint detailing is incredible! Incredibly accurate to the film! They're a really nice display size and the poseability is wonderful!! Gonna order more from nanmu for sure!!
It took about a month to arrive, but it was well worth the wait! This has to be the best JP velociraptor action figure I've ever seen. It looks like it walked straight out of the JP3 set! The sculpt is spot on, details are incredible, articulation is amazing, and the paint work is phenomenal, though slightly darker than expected. My only issue is that it could use a better stand. The one it came with isn't very stable.
This is the first articulated figure I've bought from Nanmu, and I am looking forward to adding more Smart Series figures to my collection.
All in all, 10/10 figure!
These raptors from Nanmu studio's smart series are the best dino figures in my collection. The sculpting, painting and details are top-notch. It can be difficult to get them to balance, but the base stand helps, even if it would have been better if it had been some hinged stand with a claw. Thanks to Lanatime shop for the fast shipping !

Simply a must have, they are around the size of the amber collection raptors. The paint detail is hyper realistic and come with a base and great articulation for some fun poses.
