Nanmu Studio has provided an explanation regarding paint chipping at the joints:
"The joints are made of POM material, which doesn't hold paint well due to flexibility needed for rotation. The design prioritizes durability. Paint chipping at joints is considered normal and not covered by after-sales service."
PS: The paint chipping only occurs at the joints; there is no paint chipping on the figures' body. The main body parts are mainly made of PVC, with only the joints made of POM material.

Such great figures! The details and paint jobs are amazing. They look like they're straight out of the movies! The articulation is very good, just the head and neck articulation could be improved (up, down and stretched forward is a bit limited). All in all I'm very pleased and the shipping and delivery was tracked all the time.
