Q: What do “Deposit,” “Balance Payment,” and “Full Payment” mean on Lana Time Shop?

Full Payment: Pay the entire price upfront. Your order is confirmed immediately. Best for in-stock items.

Deposit + Balance Payment: Common for pre-order items. First, pay a deposit to reserve your order. Later, pay the balance when the item is ready to ship. Make sure to pay the balance before the deadline, or your order may be cancelled.

Q: Can I change my payment method after placing an order?
A: Once an order is placed, the payment method cannot be changed. If you need a different option, please cancel the order (if possible) and place a new one.

Q: What if I need a refund?
