Dilo of the Fire Clan

A beautiful alternative Dilo from Creative Beast Studio. Compared to the Beasts of the Mesozoic version, this Cyberzoic Dilo has a great, predatory look. I like the idea of the Beasts of the Mesozoic series featuring more down-to-earth versions of the dinosaurs, while the Cyberzoic version features more aggressive ones. As for the figure itself... I have to admit, it turned out better than its "brother" from the other version. The details on the model seem more detailed (I hope this doesn't start a trend of Cyberzoic figures being favored more), and the colors, especially those on the head, blend very nicely. And the fact that it's an action figure is my favorite aspect. The ability to pose them in dynamic poses gives me a lot of fun. However, there's a small problem here: the stand. While it's definitely better than the ones that came before it (look at you, hollow pieces of plastic), it still isn't suitable for more demanding poses, like the one in the photos. I had to slightly modify mine, adding metal discs to add weight. And I'm so glad I have an alternative way to obtain these models, because importing them from America was killing my budget. Overall, it's a great figure, with only minor flaws. I highly recommend it.
