Extreme Individual Project 01 — The Longest Tusks: Columbian Mammoth
A structural restoration based on an extreme individual of the Columbian mammoth.

This reconstruction references tusk specimens approaching 5 meters in length recorded in known findings (excavated in Texas, USA). The length was estimated through tusk curvature and growth trajectory.

The work does not replicate a single fossil; instead, it derives the overall structure from tusk load, reconstructing the skull, neck, and full-body stress system.

This piece is not based on an average individual but starts from an extreme tusk individual for structural restoration.

Therefore, the form presented here is not that of an average individual—it is the true expression of life approaching structural limits.
