Welcome to Canyon Park, a prehistoric landscape where you can encounter fascinating creatures from the Late Triassic period, including the early mammal-like reptile Placerias and the primitive theropod dinosaur Coelophysis.

However, visitors should remain cautious — this territory is also home to one of the largest predators of the ecosystem, the formidable Postosuchus kirkpatricki.

This model was designed and reconstructed based on the largest known vertebra specimen of Postosuchus kirkpatricki, TTU-P 9235, allowing us to recreate the extreme body size of this powerful Triassic predator.

Through this artwork, we aim to bring back the atmosphere of the ancient Triassic world and showcase one of the most impressive apex predators that once ruled the landscape.
