I am absolutely thrilled with my recent purchase of the Haolonggood Paraceratherium from Lana Time Shop. As someone who has been completely enamored with this species since discovering it in prehistoric books as a child, finally having a representation of this scale and quality in my collection is a dream come true.
Simply put, this is the best sculpt I have ever seen for a mass-market release. The level of anatomical detail is staggering, you can truly see the care and research Haolonggood put into the texture of the skin and the overall presence of the animal. It feels like a high-end collector’s piece that has finally been made accessible to the broader community.
The paintwork is equally excellent. The subtle color variations and shading bring the figure to life, avoiding the "flat" look that can sometimes plague mass-produced models. It captures the naturalistic, massive weight of the beast perfectly.
This Paraceratherium is a fantastic addition to the Haolonggood lineup. They continue to raise the bar for what we can expect from these figures, and I couldn't be more pleased with how this looks on my shelf. It seems haolonggood has gone into prehistoric mammals with their line of ancient witness but hopefully they will keep doing dinosaurs once again as there is still so much to cover. I've found this particular leg pose is kind of odd and a walking position would have been better. Thank you lana for their service.
Haolonggood makes some of the best figures around and Lana Time is the best place to get them. It's really nice to get more prehistoric mammals. I hope that Haolonggood continues to produce them
