Upon receiving the replacements, the broken piece inside the leg will need to be removed. It is recommended to gently heat the area with a hair dryer, then carefully extract the piece using pliers.

"The joints are made of POM material, which doesn't hold paint well due to flexibility needed for rotation. The design prioritizes durability. Paint chipping at joints is considered normal and not covered by after-sales service." - PS: The paint chipping only occurs at the joints; there is no paint chipping on the figures' body. The main body parts are mainly made of PVC, with only the joints made of POM material.
