Amazing quality, i love how the figure is built i would deff recommend getting one of these!!

As my first PNSO product and my first paleo-accurate model in general, I was astounded by the detail on this figure!! The colors are nicely blended and most of the scales are extremely fine, but they pop in certain light regardless. The articulation is very nice and has natural limits; however, my only complaint would be the neck articulation seems to be a little lacking in the way it can curve. That’s the only nitpick I have with this figure, though, everything else is fantastic! The little booklet it comes with also gives some very nice anatomical information, as well :)

While the articulation could be better, the paint job and details make up for it. Ever since I laid eyes on it I knew I had to have it. This is my first PNSO figure and it will most certainly not be my last.

Like most people in the community, I was taken by surprise by the announcement of this figure. Rumors that PNSO would release a T-rex with "lips" had been circulating online, but no one expected it to be released in this form. A lot of people certainly weren't thrilled with this release, hoping for a static model (I'm actually one of them), but fortunately, I'm also a fan of action figures, so I placed my order. First off, I can say that the figure, as usual, has excellent detail, as befits PNSO models, and of course, it has the highly anticipated "lips"! The colors are standard, nothing special, although they were used well, for the most part... I really don't like the abrupt transition in the tail. There should have been more of that dark brown at the top of the tail to give the stripes a more natural transition. Another very cool detail is that the visible teeth on the lower jaw are mostly covered by gums, which adds additional realism. As for the articulation itself, I have to admit that for a first-time figure of this kind, PNSO did a good job. The joints moved quite smoothly from the start; I didn't have to warm them up with hot air. The joint layout is also well-designed for such a first-time model, although in my opinion, there could have been more of them. I understand that PNSO designers wanted to minimize the number of "cutouts," but... it wouldn't hurt to add a joint in the center of the torso to increase the range of lateral movement. And I'm not a fan of the entire tail being made of flexible plastic with wire inside. I would much prefer the solution from Botm figures, where the tail is segmented, and only the tip is wired. I also feel a slight lack of accessories, in the form of at least interchangeable feet, although I'm afraid that would drive up the price even further, knowing the prices PNSO likes to charge for its figures. I also like the new brochure format that always comes with the models. I'd prefer a full-length brochure to what we've had so far, plus a poster. So, as a start to a new line of figures, I can say this model is quite good. I'm quite excited about what further models PNSO will release in this line, and I'd definitely like to see the Triceratops as number two. An iconic duo that kicks off a new line of figures. I'm very pleased with my purchase and recommend this model.

PNSO is old hat when it comes to statues, but they are a new commer to the articulated figure scene, and it seems they will have to learn all the lessons that other articulated dinosaur manufacturers have had to learn. While the paint is mostly excellent and the sculpt is very detailed and beautiful (other than the poorly detailed rugos bosses and then generally silly looking face), the figure really struggles with articulation. The hip joints and neck joints are simply too restrictive for dynamic posing, especially since the decision was made not to add a torso joint. The ability to look down is a wonderful inovation, but you can't do much else with it sense its ability to look side to side is so limited. The legs are also not particularly stable. Most articulated theropods have issues standing on their own for long amounts of time, but with how front heavy Cameron is, that issue is so much more pronounced, especially since the ankle joints seem to be especially weak and prone to failure in this figure. Despite being an articulated figure, you are almost certainly going to be posing it on a stand to support it.

Cameron genuinely looks so good and lovely and the details are just stellar! Possibility/articulation is not bad at all but it could use some work, but overall this is a must for all dinosaur lovers and collectors!
